Hello:) I enjoyed reading your thoughts on events surrounding QE’s passing away and other reflections. I’m relatively new here, so it was kind of discouraging to know that many Medium subscribers leave prematurely. I also found your example of yin and yang nicely and visually descriptive. Since the two are complementary and/or opposing elements, your use of curveballs versus strength and stamina was interesting. I think of yin as having a feminine character and yang as masculine, not in terms of gender but more like two interacting parts of a dynamic whole. For me, curveballs (as well as sliders, sinkers, and even hits-by-pitch) are the external factors of change in my life. The yin and yang duality is the energy flow that encounters and deals with those often unpredictable pitches from the universe. The yin would let me catch, dodge, and even bunt them. Yang would make me swing for a single, a line drive, an intentional flyer, or a trip out of the park. Sorry, that was too much baseball analogy, even for myself. LoL
Thanks for your article, and I look forward to reading the next one!
