Hi, I'm in my mid-50s -- still employed -- and looking to retire into non-retirement, if that makes sense. I guess most people would call it just changing jobs/careers.

Not exactly. I never want to retire from work itself. Maybe I'll have to write about it over the weekend. lol

Instead of starting from scratch though, I'm looking into finding a partner(s) who share(s) similar interest(s) and goals in terms of careers. I don't mean a venture partner. That involves contracts and other legal matters. Too unfamiliar and potentially messy. I just mean someone with whom you could bounce ideas off each other and support one another so that you're learning together while trying to achieve your respective goals.

Anyway, food for thought.
