Frosted or not? IMHO, a cinnamon roll is not the real McCoy if it ain't a frosted one with an aromatic thick layer of cream cheese topping or coating!

Yes, the doughie-ness! But it has to be just right, just at the point where I might say "it could still be doughie but maybe it's done?..." LoL

I know we are fortunate souls on this planet when we can talk about doughie-ness of cinnamon rolls. XD
