Thanks so much reading and commenting! The scary part is gradually coming to the realization that I may have inherited that gene or personality trait. And I am not sure if awareness necessarily negates the fact that I may be a covert narcissist as well. I guess it is a chronic disease that I have to learn live with, monitor and regulate as much as possible. And learning not to hate myself too much.
