Yes, but make sure your accountability has the same goals and intentions as you do. A junk food addict can’t help another junk food addict if that person is digging into a large bag of potato chips with a can of cola on the side.
I did the same — no social media for a month. The benefits are wonderful. I now have returned to Instagram and YouTube but only for specific channels (language learning) and at specific times of the day. I feel healthier for it. Keeping busy with good habits and routines is definitely key to a well-balanced lifestyle. Thanks 🙏
